In the time since the end of the vile Imposter Queen, King Vallik has long since declared any suspected kin of hers to be arrested on sight. As well as that magic should be regulated in a few terms. The lodestones within Misthalin have been marked off as patrol areas. Those coming into any of Misthalin's cities through this method will be stopped and questioned by guards. And if they are not on official business then they will be temporarily hauled off for further questioning.

The same goes for just any random Magician teleporting the regular way into any of Misthalin's cities. If they are spotted by the Guardsmen they will be stopped and question much the same way as anyone using the Lodestones. As anyone not strictly on officially approved business with Misthalin or her allies are to be taken away for further questioning. As the threat of rogue magicians of any sort are taken rather seriously.
