Just as quick as they arrived to assert their dominance, the Craven Company naval detachment progressively departed Asgarnian waters. The toll they levied to each passing ship now lifted and shipped home, and one by one the ships left their posting to make way back to Karamjan territory. This would not be the end of watch for the crews aboard these ships though, as the ships docked each member of them departed. Though those men did not return to their barracks nor take leave, instead they all formed into ranks, becoming crew of ships that were already stocked and ready for another voyage, another duty. Not long after they were crewed, these newly supplied ships were sent out again. This time though they did not head north to bully their Asgarnian neighbor, instead they headed south. Far along Karamja's southern borders they began to patrol. From the grand island's south-eastern border to the desert's west, and from the island's south-western border to Feldip Hill's east they patrolled. It was little known what they were looking for, but they watched, valiantly As amassed as those two fleets were in these places, Karamja's southernmost border seemed light. The coasts of the Kharazi jungle were left mostly unguarded, untouched, save a few clipper-ships that patrolled east to west, to and fro on regular guard.
This was not all to say that Asgarnia was off the hook. Even with the primary departure of the leading blockade fleet going to their new posting, some ships remained to keep watch until more arrived to do no more than patrol and maintain the sovereignty of Karamja's waters. Likewise a detachment remained at the shipyard until a more permanent fleet could take its place. No longer though did they impede any passing ships so long as they did not seem suspicious.
