To the current Regent, Manfred Keenan of Asgarnia,


Word spreads fast in the kingdom about an Icyene visiting the Wizards’ Tower, inspecting to see if it can be deemed ‘Saradomist enough’. The concern of the institution of magic to remain fit to teach has been noted and appreciated. Thus far.

But Misthalin and the church of Zamorak support Tesla Aren for promoting a non-religious teaching establishment and do not approve of Asgarnia sticking their nose in their ideology. Not only is it an overextension of your kingdom’s border, but also an insult to the religious freedom Misthalin wishes to promote amongst the kingdom.

Should Asgarnia’s Saradomism attempt to make more moves of this nature, the kingdom and the church shall be forced to step in due to the ties with the Aren family. Take care and do not let this escalate into a situation that is not desirable by all parties involved.

My Dear Lord's of the Regency Council,

I write to you hoping you are well and that the electoral conclave
establishing itself on the twenty-second this Novtumber would finally
come to a righteous decision. There is, of course, only one candidate
worth their weight in piety, and that man is Xel Praven of Catherby.

As you may not know or so recently have heard, the Monarchy
has made a bit of an ascension in Misthalin, respectfully elevated
to an Imperial House. Our communications henceforth shall be
addressing our nation in an Imperial fashion and I trust such a potentially
strong ally would gladly take such courtesies to heart when addressing
His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Henry.

We've recently raised a regiment as well named in honor of Emperor Henry,
the Imperial Guard. They will serve as a glorious badge of honour and pride
in our country. Do not be alerted to see them drilling along the banks of the
River Lum, for they must be constantly trained and disciplined to exercise sheer
might in overcoming those enemies that dare oppose
His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Henry Remanis.

We trust with love, hope, and a shared faith in our Lord Saradomin, that this
Council makes the wise decision to elect Xel Praven. He is the most worthy
man for the Seal of the White City.

By decree of the Regent of Asgarnia, the Grand Master of the Holy Order of White Knights, the following words are to be spoken unto the masses by heralds of the righteous government of the Kingdom of Asgarnia, which is wholly in accordance with the Principle Code of Law

Thus in defence of the sanctity of the absent throne of Asgarnia from mysterious forces that conspire against it, by manner of consorting with Infernus and hence acting in accord with the vile schemes of Zamorakian nature against the righteous government of the Kingdom of Asgarnia, the Regent has declared that as of this day, the Regent's Council is dissolved, for its purpose is herein fulfilled.

And these members of the council have been detained, to be questioned as to their position in this conspiracy, if any:

Christopher Locke, Count of Asperton

Henceforth His Royal Highness the Prince Joseph shall be considered to be King of the Asgarnians, by the grace of Saradomin, to reign upon the throne; and in his stead the Regent, Manfred Keenan, in accordance with the laws and customs shall govern the realm.

to the White Castle, delivering a new letter from Lord Aedus.

To the esteemed Lord Manfred Keenan,

Let me be the first of many foreign dignitaries to congratulate you on
restoring Order to the Venerable Kingdom of Asgarnia. When we first met,
I remember asking why you hadn't taken the throne for yourself, unaware that
there was, in fact, a youthful heir to inherit the realm. With reports flooding in
of the despicable actions of the Electoral Council, it's no surprise that you
found yourself inclined to restore stability and law.

I would hope, as I said before when we met in the White Castle, that I can be
of service to you. Allow me to take counsel with Emperor Henry on the matter
of Xel Praven's rejection and I can assure you that he should see the Light in
that our neighbors are still ruled by one of their own. Saradomin's Will speaks
to these matters and let His people not frolic in the petty violence of politics.
