Another chilled day in Sarim, another day passes filled with anticipation, despair. Merchants mope about as their goods sit in the Ports with nowhere to go. Hatred of Kandarin grew within Sarim's people especially large. There was no other solution than to wait and see.
Talks of converting merchant ships into battering rams received praise from Draynor's Council, but ultimately Sarim's people and Yue-Lee herself voted against this course of action. She'd rather play all her cards first rather than jump ahead into uncharted waters. Days pass, enlistees sign up, but no draft is issued. Militiamen and women are trained and drilled into becoming soldiers. The bulk of the militia forces is spearheaded by Close Quarters Combat Divisions. The other section is lacking as archers are being trained. Very few mages sign up. Even though Sarim is notorious for their witchy citizens, none have chosen to take a side in this.

Fortunately, Draynor's mines yield the materials required for the production of steel and iron. To the benefit of the militia, all mining and smithing productions have been comissioned by both Draynor and Sarim for steel armor and weaponry, though the vast majority of the militia is still clad in iron and leather for the time being. Although there is no massive change for now, the morale boost upon seeing steel sent shockwaves through the people. Steel was the mark of a Military, anything to give these people hope in their government. Only one division clads themselves in Steel and they guard the garrison between Sarim and Draynor; nicknames "The Syndic's Sentinels" they were the vaunguard led by Yue-Lee to acquire Sarim in the first place, true believers in the revolution.

And that was it, The Syndic was gone. Only Yue knew of his whereabouts. The last attempt on his life threw the man into the shadows, oh he was alive, but nowhere to be found. His residence emptied. The place setup to look as though he'd been kidnapped. With aThe Syndic gone, Yue assumed control over Draynor along with Sarim. Of course the woman listened to each city's council for leadership. For now there was an uneven shift of power, Sarim became the capital of Sarimia's New Republic. Those in Draynor felt cheated, but with the looming Kandarin fleet had no other choice but to throw their trust into Sarimia's government.

Yue-Lee and both Draynor's and Sarim's councils merge into The Sarimian Council. After this was set into motion, the Council's first meeting took place in a nameless farm. An ultimatum needed to be reached, dispatch an envoy to the blockade commander?
Or wait it out, morale was dwindling, especially since all agricultural needs were placed on Draynor since Sarim relied heavily on trade. What would they decide, but most importantly, was it what the people wanted?
