When something is of that much of a major significance you can contact a forum mod to get your thread pinned, if you're lucky you'll get it pinned without contacting one as one noticed your thread.

That all being said, if this is not kept up to date your 'guide' will be flawed. Since the risk of your thread getting flawed is insanely huge with a subject like this I don't see it having a chance to get stickied. But hey, if your goal is to keep it updated you probably have enough time to give this thread a daily bump or two so that it stays on the first page. Quickly learn how to Roleplay on RuneScape!
