Directly under this is a list of 'recent' events from 2015, in memorial of my last thread, which was active during what some may consider to be "The glory days"


Varrock, 6/21/15 - The Witch tormenting Misthalin's people is defeated; Queen Lavinia reestablishes the Queensguard of Misthalin

6/19/15 - The Rising Sun inn of Falador has been robbed! The three men whom committed this crime are now wanted throughout Asgarnia.

Misthalin, 6/7/15 - Queen Lavinia calls together a temporary war council to prepare her battle plans against the Witch Aglaia. Plans are halted when the Witch attacks the Palace. Misthalin wins the battle, but not yet the war

Varrock 6/4/15 - The Festival of Blessings takes place in Varrock, opening with the coronation of Queen Lavinia of Misthalin

Kandarin, 6/3/15 - Adair forces formerly stationed in Southern Kandarin have mostly left, only a few remain researching something

Rimmington, 6/3/15 Hayley spears is named countess of Rimmington and Temple knight order 171 has returned to the town

Asgarnia, 6/3/15 - After talks with Karamja, Asgarnia made a deal allowing a small colony to be opened on the island

Al Kharid, 5/28/15 - An asteroid has dug itself into a house north of Al Kharid palace. Four members of the Guild of Heroes rushed to the scene and assisted in putting out the blaze. Later, an armoured boar-like creature attacked the group. A notable man wielding a poisoned dagger killed the beast.

Varrock, 5/26/15 - Huntmaster Kylara Lansing leads a party to the outskirts of Varrock in pursuit of a Fortune Teller, the party instead discovers a new murder victim and a living victim, marked with the same curse as the others. Wilderness, 5/17/15 - Refugees from the wilderness have been pouring into Asgarnia, raving about a "dragon king"

Kandarin, 4/13/15 - The Kingdom of Kandarin now exists in place of the Kingdoms of Ardougne and Yanille, with Ardougne its capital and Fianna & Augustus ruling as joint monarchs

, 2/19/16 - Several white knights and civilians took up a cause against the queen in protest which ended in their deaths and a speech from the queen later that day. More info page 4-2

, 2/18/16 - The white knight grandmaster is reported to have committed treason against the crown of Asgarnia and was eventually slain. Any sign of rebellion has been dealt with

, 2/14/2016 - The Kingdom of Asgarnia and the Kinshra Order met in Blackmarsh for peace talks under Queen Ersail, Asgarnia formally accepted the surrender and drafts the Peace of Blackmarsh Treaty to an end hostilities.

Al Kharid, 5/28/15 - The ground began to shake, and a black shadow casted across the Guild of Heroes. The shadow moved towards the city, and soon after, an asteroid dug itself into a house north of Al Kharid palace. Set ablaze, the building's flames quickly spread to neighbouring tents and buildings, creating havok with the citizens. Four member of the Guild of Heroes rushed to the scene, and assisted guards and locals in putting out the blaze. Later, an armoured boar-like creature attacked the group. A notable male weilding a poisoned dagger mounted the beast's back, and plunged the knife deep into his neck: killing the beast. The fires are now out, and citizens are being helped back to their normal lives; the rubble being cleared by guards and volunteers.

Gielinor and the Wilderness, 12/8/2013 - 1/22/14, Mid-Wintumber to Mid-Rintra - Kobalos and the Righteous Alliance challenge the infamous Zamorakian Brigade who had been terrorizing the entirety of Gielinor, and proceeded to engage in a series of battles for the liberation of the Wilderness. Kobalos and the Righteous Alliance emerge victorious, and the Zamorakian Brigade slowly retreated into the shadows, and didn't return for several weeks. Unification of Morytania:

Several Vampyres have decided to throw away their differences and work together to rid the notion of "houses" and "covens" entirely, wishing to make morytania one land, united, for Vampyres to work in harmony. Of course, any coven or house which goes against this notion will be effectively destroyed, or so is the plan at least. So far, with Ren Draculea (Ren Draculea) as "Emperor" of Morytania united, and Synivexa (Drakolyte) and Lark Skalov (LarkMeHarder) also backing the forces of "Morytania United", as well as various independant vyres, many houses are getting understandably twitchy. Currently, house For|yx is saying that they will join it, but ONLY if they are in charge. Tensions are high in Morytania.

UPDATE: Ren Draculea is said to have been killed! Although back, he now has less supporters for this effort.

Breaking the Salve:

A book known only as "The Salvebreaker" was supposedly owned by a Vyrewatch (who claims to be a vyrelady) known as "Constance'. On her return to morytania from across the salve, she was kidnapped by the same group of vyres who are trying to unite morytania. However, a vampyre, female, known as "Star" took Constance, learned the secrets of passing the salve and left Constance with no memory of the ritual to break the salve. Star is currently still alive, and word is quickly spreading the fact that she knows how to let ANY Vyre or werewolf cross the salve, and threatens that she has the ability to permanently tear down the barrier between Morytania and Misthalin. Vyrewatch and Barrows figure

Some sort of slaughter apparently occurred in the village of Mort'ton. A large cluster of vyrewatch formed together after hearing a loud explosion emanating from the barrows. Several dark figures were seen, but they all ran in different directions or teleported away. Vyrewatch tracked one, who was moving slower than the rest, and was bleeding, leaving a clear scent trail.

However, when the figure was subject to "investigation", the figure began fighting back, wielding an exceedingly powerful blade, as well as a wand it was using to preform advanced blood magic, using tendrils of blood to stop the vyrewatch from being able to leave. Said murderer was said to have semi-ethereal dark-red wings, and also seemed to have no issues with bringing in vyrewatch and painfully impaling them, only to deliver a killing blow with a bite to the neck. Only a few vyrewatch managed to escape through sheer luck.

It is also worth noting that throughout the entire slaughter, the figure was laughing.

'High Priest' Incident

A fight insued at the verac barrow at first on the outside the man only known as the "high priest" who was against 4 of the myreque members. The high priest then retreated into the barrow which he had dug out mostly by stomping falling into the Barrow. The myreque quickly followed to be confronted by both the high priest and the wight verac. The high priest had gained control over the wight and used it to stall and defend him on one side while taking hits from the other two. The high priest then blew up the verac barrow forcing the myreque to retreat and the high priest escaped using tel*portation. Basicly, the barrow of verac is in ruins.

Bringing high alert to vyres, and unrest among the barrows tribes. The akrisae cult now being recognized that they are a threat.

Qualifications for Roleplay Event Recording


As it stands, it would be too confusing to record both private roleplay and public roleplay. Since some do not care (and some dispute) whether they are public or private, I am providing myself these guidelines to help for the purposes of this guide.


In order for me to consider recording such an event, the following must be met:

1.
The Roleplay adheres to all rules accepted by the community. (Or in the case of battles, is accepted by the simple majority on both sides)

2.
The Roleplay actually happened in the game of Runescape. Forum posts will qualify if they describe an effect in an area (Disease, curse, etc.) or are a proclamation/letter of significance.

3.
The event/group running the event is freely accessible to anyone.

4.
The event was significant, and likely is on the lips of many people within that region.



Disclaimer: Almost all public roleplay will fit these guidelines. These are for me alone to avoid confusion when it arises, i.e. you shouldn't really need to consider them. "The gods envy us.
