A portal opened up near the foot of the White Wolf Mountain and drew a small crowd of adventurers and other folk, as they came to see what the rift and the red mist on the top of the mountain was all about. Through the portal did not only come an Aviansie with his henchmen, but also a Vampyre with his. The two of them attacked the people present and after taking a small beating, retreated to the top of the mountain. The mist faded slowly and above the mountain hung a low floating citadel, seemingly well protected from attacks from the outside. What else can this looming threat mean for Gielinor?

As it stands, it would be too confusing to record both private roleplay and public roleplay. Since some do not care (and some dispute) whether they are public or private, I am providing myself these guidelines to help for the purposes of this guide.
In order for me to consider recording such an event, the following must be met:
1.
The Roleplay adheres to all rules accepted by the community. (Or in the case of battles, is accepted by the simple majority on both sides)
2.
The Roleplay actually happened in the game of Runescape. Forum posts will qualify if they describe an effect in an area (Disease, curse, etc.) or are a proclamation/letter of significance.
3.
The event/group running the event is freely accessible to anyone.
4.
The event was significant, and likely is on the lips of many people within that region.
Disclaimer:
Almost all
public roleplay will fit these guidelines. These are for me alone to avoid confusion when it arises, i.e. you shouldn't really need to consider them.
I have seen no compromise concerning the canon issue, and no one has provided input on these guidelines, so I'm sticking with what I wrote. These are now in effect - opinions/critiques on them are still welcome.
