The Elven Council of Elders have decreed the formation of a new State of Tirannwn , to handle the affairs of the reunited elven people. With the Assembly of Tirannwn created as a legislature open to any elf*, Cynfor Elis of Clan Meilyr has been proclaimed as the first Chancellor of Tirannwn.

The first affairs of the new state will be the reestablishment of diplomatic relations with the wider world.

The Arc - The Ruling Party (League of Workers' Party of Arc) will be holding their Congress on 10th @ 8.00pm GMT London in Waiko. The Congress has invited people from all over The West to demonstrate its new approach to improving relations and to open The Arc up. It just be the General Secretary giving a speech and congress voting to approve the changes by the Cabinet to the State.
