Keystone

Once the Bastion of the Locke family, with the Lockes now moved to Aethyrmont, the Realta family of the small, outlying manor now run it. Overworked and unable to fully control their own people, their position is unsteady, and ready to be eagerly replaced.

Keystone is the Northernmost bastion of Aethyra, and easily the fortress most suited to protect the territory from Northern attacks.

Keystone Fortress' walls are ten feet thick and 15 high, made from rough hewn stone from their mines, which have long dried up of iron.

These days, Keystone survives mostly on hunting and ranching, barely making ends meet as the ore that once drove their economy is harder to access.

Giant's Hill

A Territory managed by Leonardo Amari, this hill is a key trading post between Kinshra lands, the Soulwood, and Falador.

Giant's Hill's village is, as a result, a site of production of traded goods, and a very wealthy township. The fortress, recently built of stone has small, fifteen foot walls, but is a nice, homey place to live. Once the site of a great battle, it was captured by the Renderra family and kept as a trophy of war.

Given to Sajid Amari for friendship, as the previous owners were temporary at best to hold onto the land.

Lessia

The only large, and well-kept mines of Aethyra, Lessia produces most of the Ore for the region, and is run by a group of Dwarves. This camp produces high and low quality steel, depending on the quality of ore from the rocks.

Lessia is, as a result, supported by the surrounding farmlands, but they still need to import grain.

The Soulwood

The capital of Aethyra, known as the Soulwood, was once the sight of a great battle that exposed a world wound. In an attempt to seal it, the Ent Aethyros, (from where Aethyra gets its name) planted a tree to clog it. This tree was mutated in its growth, becoming the Soulwood tree, a cork to a leaking anima mundi, growing to massive proportions and strange colouration.

The forest was strengthened by the later actions of a cult of Druids, worshipping Aethyros' remains, which two early Renderra joined the ranks of near the dawn of the Fourth Age,
bringing about a large forest maze, inhabited by moss giants, Dryads, Ents, and many animals.

But, alas, during the Great Magical war, forces aligned with the Armadylean Inquisition under Robin Dawnsong burned the forest to the ground, slaying the Dryad warrior and burning the Soulwood tree.

Like a scab ripped open, the anima leaked once more, the damage of war making the forest itself burn to ashes in a barren, swampy mess.

The Renderra who have called this forest home since their return to Asgarnia used divine energy and old Druidic spells, steadying the anima of the area. They rebuilt.

Today, the Soulwood has five main buildings. The central keep, the magical apartments,
the workshop and barracks, the guest apartments, and the servant's quarters.

These five surround the world wound, which even while repaired still leaks out Divine wisps.

The Town surrounding the Soulwood Fortress, on the ashes of the forest that once sat there, is currenly under construction within the outer and inner walls as they are repaired.

Inspired by the Memorial to Guthix, Taverley, Aethyrmont, and Lletya, the main architect Aelge Renderra of Aethyrmont has chosen a style that incorporates the Guthixian style of slabs, and Taverley's branch beams. With slate, Lletyan style rooftops and the slabs making a fine, Elven foundation to level the floors.

As the town is built, these designs are in mind. though the trees aren't ready yet for the Druids to make the saplings work properly, beyond an example building between the two gates.
