Over the course of several months, a rebellious movement was forming in the northern province of Blackmarch, marching from town to town to gather volunteers who would join their cause for protest against the lords whose affiliations were with the Zamorakian Faith amd the Kinshra order. Mostly peasants, farmers, craftsmen and some moderately wealthy merchants, who were the bulk of the leaders of the movement, were steadfast in their devotion to Saradomin as the one, true god.
A particular lord, the Baron of Folsingath, a small castle estate deep in the heart of what was considered to be "Kinshra country," attempted to dissolve the growing protest with diplomatic means, meeting with the organizers of the rebellion to discuss terms which would bring the matter to a resolution. In the midst of a tense discussion between the two sides, the Baron's accompanying militia was drawn into an altercation with the rebellious peasants; the brief skirmish took the lives of many of the protesters, sparking an outrage which led to the the storming of the Folsingath estate. The Lord, and his family, were taken hostage by the assailants and the rebel group quickly demanded that despite the centuries in which his family had humbly and dutifully ruled the land in the Crown's name, that he be deposed and his title revoked to be placed in the trust of a faithful Saradominist.
To cement their demands to the reigning authority, the mob travels to Falador with the expressed intent to execute the Lord Folsingath in the White Square. The fate, and condition, of the noble lord's family, as yet, remains unknown.
