A letter arrives at *rock's /personal/ address, assuming the Ryders would have it. The letter is sealed with red and white wax with a large "R" stamped in the center. Once and if the letter is opened it would be written in what to Brock may appear as the /same/ elegant writing of all Ryders whom have wrote him in the past. It would read:
"Brock Avery,
I am Valiance Ryder; son of Jason Ryder, great grand son of the Great Andrunicus Ryder, grand son of Emperor Matthew Ryder, the current Head of House for the Ryder Family and the Commandant of her forces.
I am writing to you to give word, if you've not already recieved it of my father's untimely death. I realize that you two were close allies and perhaps friends. I'd like to impose a deal upon your company, but as always, the Ryder House will only deal with yourself.
- Valiance Ryder."
