I am in need of a vessel, a mighty vessel. One capable of holding two hundred guns, and moving at extreme speeds. Varrockian Royal Edict - I
By order of the King of Varrock, his majesty Tyrinar Baignard, the Armor Shop of Varrock, the Lumber Yard of Varrock, the Mines surrounding Varrock, and all goods within these properties as owned by one "Avery Enterprises" are hereby confiscated by the crown. Henceforth, property rights are hereby turned over to the newly formed Varrockian Industrial Company to wholly benefit the populace of Varrock as opposed to allowing a foreign company to operate on our soil, leeching the wealth of Varrock for themselves.

- Description: shawdow would have come to brock asking to buy 3 war ships for his own group he had started, he would want them just incase he was ever provoked to have to use them, he would want them to have as much fire power as possible if he ever had to defend his allies or family he would be hoping brock would understand his need for them and let him buy them. He would just hope for the 3 ships to be able to take hits but deliver a large amount of fire also. He would also be willing to pay extra to have them done faster.(2 multi cannons and 15 artillery on each side and a iron hull)
