Keith,

I am forced to deny this claim on Avery Enterprises Lands. Due to this, if you still believe the lands are yours, Avery Enterprises will send soldiers to the Desert Mining Camp and Quarry to reclaim it for the Company. Along with the lands, the troops will invade your Kingdom and take that for the Company as well. You have two days to remove the two Avery Enterprises Lands from your claims or this will happen.

*A raven would swoop over the Enterprises with a envelope of a set of mansion blueprints and a letter. It’d land, and drop the envelope and swoop off. The letter would be white, with writing on it in black ink. It would be addressed to “Mr. Avery”. It would be sealed on the back with the letter “L.C” printed in red wax. Upon opening it, it would read:

“Dear Mr. Avery.

Firstly I would like to thank you formerly on passing the wheat field back to Draynor for no price, it was a grand gesture and much appreciated. Now time for the real request…

As you probably would of heard a big explosion the other day, if you haven’t heard, it was Draynor Mansion going boom. Attached with the other ravens are the blueprints for the new mansion that I and my brother have worked on yesterday. If you could build the new mansion, I would be extremely grateful. If you can send me the invoice as to how much that would cost, I’ll have it paid for right away.

Oh, and at the request of my brother, can you please not go into the basement at any point, the one with the trapdoor leading to it.

The blueprints
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

~ The surrounding wall ~
The weather-stained iron fence would be changed to a stone wall. The blueprints would show that it would be made out of 20 pillars, 4 on the east and west, 6 on the north and south. Lines engraved from bottom to top. At the bottom of each pillar, it would curve out as it reaches the bottom. The wall would join each pillar together, although allowing the tongue to still be seen to add a bit of class. Upon reaching the wall, there would be an archway allowing access. Above the archway, wrapped along the top would be the Counts Second name. “Courval”, arching over the arch.


~ The front Garden ~

Two clear water ponds would be either side of the now cobblestone track, right in the middle. The fountain in the south-west corner would remain the same, simply polished up and the piranhas removed. Normal tree’s would line the two ponds, with Oak tree’s lining the pathway towards the mansion. A cobblestone path would be made from the archway to the fountain, allowing access to it. The muddy ground would be replaced with fresh, healthy green grass.
~The Back Garden ~

The green grass would follow around the back, with tree’s growing there too.

~ Entrance Hall ~
The mansion itself would also be made from the same stone as the wall, its heavy doors would be varnished wood, with a strong lock that would be hard to break on the front and back door. The floor and the staircase would be made from marble. An opulent rug would start from the top of the stairs, to the front door. Book cases lining the walls in the same places, with the new wooden table to greet the guests. #TeamDaenerys

The lounge would look the same as the old mansion, however refurbished with a mahogany laminate floor.

~ Downstairs Bedroom ~
The bedroom would look the same as the old mansion, however refurbished with a mahogany laminate floor.

~ Hallway ~
The Hallway would look the same as the old mansion, however refurbished with a mahogany laminate floor.

~ Kitchen ~
The Kitchen would look the same as the old mansion, however refurbished with a mahogany laminate floor.

~ Dining Hall ~
The Dining hall would look the same as the old mansion, however refurbished with a mahogany laminate floor.

~ Back room near Back door ~
The Back Room would look the same as the old mansion, however refurbished with a mahogany laminate floor.

~ Coffin Room ~
The coffin room would now be a Saradomin chapple. The banners would be white and blue, Saradomin colours. The rug would also follow that trait. The alter would stand up the stairs where the coffin is, facing the stairs. Torches along the walls to light the place.

~ Prison Room ~
Leave alone at all costs.

~ Upstairs bedroom [big one]~
The bedroom would look the same as the old mansion, however refurbished with a mahogany laminate floor.

~ Upstairs bedroom[mini one]~
The bedroom would look the same as the old mansion, however refurbished with a mahogany laminate floor.

~ Hallway upstairs ~
The Hallway would look the same as the old mansion, however refurbished with a mahogany laminate floor.

~ Destroyed room upstairs ~
The room would be a library, book cases lining the walls with a table and chairs around the table.

~ Ladder ~
The ladder would be the same as the old one. Just new.

~ Top Floor scientist room ~
An empty room with mahogany laminate flooring

~ Top Floor storage Room ~
The room would be empty, apart from one table and chairs in it. It would also follow the laminate flooring pattern. #TeamDaenerys

I has a question; just a question that I've thought of for a while. Were papers white, like we have now, back in the middle ages? Or did it have a tint of brown?
