I'm sort of retired but I do the work records for my self employed husband. I input expenses onto the computer, keep a note of mileages involved with his work related travel etc. I also have a paper copy jic the computer dies. Although its backed up at regular intervals there is a chance it could go wrong between backups. Better safe than sorry.

Before I left full time work to have our sons I worked in the Haematology and Serology department of a hospital Pathology laboratory. I used to do various tests on blood samples, examine blood smears under the microscope and also cross match blood for transfusion. I didn't return to work because we live over 100 miles away from our families. Child care/travelling costs would have meant I'd have been working for very little extra income. It wasn't worth it and I wanted to be there for our boys. The youngest one would say at least once a month that he had tummy ache and I could reassure him I'd bring him home from school if he really was ill.
I left the Path lab over 30 years ago so I'm sure much more of it is automated compared to my time there.

My leisure time is filled with playing Runescape, reading, watching films/TV series and making greeting cards using die cutters, polymer stamps, card and papers. I always combine making cards with watching films. I often watch TV while playing RS because the computer and TV are side by side.

I work at a university, and I'm also in a doctoral program. I wear many hats, such as "dad" as well. On Runescape, you may know me as a bankstanding/AFK newblet. In real life, I consider myself someone to be a leader and future scholar within education administration.

I'm an Actor who moved to LA to pursue his goals and aspirations! I've been Acting for a year and a half and I will land roles in SCI FI, drama, historical, and adventure. My main goal for Acting is to move mankind forward. By inspiring people to be who they are. By opening windows to the future of mankind through works of Art. Films such as The Martian, Interstellar, Arrival, Black Panther, and more have done such things. I also want to give people permission to feel again... Like what Joker, Schindler's List and Sophie's Choice did.

Art is an important aspect of mankind. It shows us what came before as well as opening doorways for multiples possibilities. Without art, mankind would be partially blind. One day, I'm going to have that kind of impact as an Actor.

And another big reason: to be the Hero my child self would've wanted me to be.

Outside of Acting, I enjoy Muay Thai, weight lifting, hiking, as well as gaming!
