I like sprouts. We usually cook them very simply by boiling for a few minutes so that they don't go soggy. Sprouts in the UK are said to be very good this year thanks to the cold weather. Apparently the low temperature causes the sprouts to convert starch into sugars making them taste very nice.

I'm happy to see "most" people like them lol.

I love them. I buy them a lot due to my parrotsand dog eat them with me. I like cooking my with panchetta and a good knob of buttter. Sooooo yummy.

Even eat a plateful with mint sauce. Very good for you.
