This is a big deal here in NZ. I dont know how it is your country but from the time that Queen Elizabeth passed away there has been non stop coverage of her life on TV and I have learned a lot about her that I didnt know before.

It seems that coverage of her life will continue for a while.

Better get used to it - even with the changed rules of succession, it's likely to be three generations before we have a Queen Regnant again. Barring accident, abdication or sudden deaths, the line of succession after Charles III is now Prince William, followed by Prince George, and only then Prince George's eldest child (of either sex).

I heard the sad news while having dinner on a cruise. The ship's captain made the announcement over the public address system. I have to admit I shed a few tears. It still doesn't feel real, she had been there as a steadfast figure all my life ( 60+ years ). RIP Your Majesty.

i dont think you understand how it works lol

either way you are just use to hearing god save the queen as thats all youve known your whole life.
