A red hot Summers day and the numpty neighbour back of my house is having a garden fire.
Can't have windows open to keep cooler cos of this idiot.
No point talking to him he just tells people go you know where. Had many an argument with him over the years lol. He even came round to my house for a fight so I kicked the shit out of him. He's not been back since.
Next time I'll catch him early and get out my hose pipe and put the bloody thing out.

Today's annoyed grumble is about things getting lost in the post!
My youngest son is getting married soon and I made all the invitations which were safely delivered to him in person several months ago. I've been making the placecards and sent the first batch of 30 by 1st class large letter post 11 days ago. They still haven't arrived! The envelope was
Now we have the problem of how to get them to him in plenty of time before the wedding so they can add the names ( his fiancee taught herself calligraphy to write the names ). They live about 130 miles away and there is

within the size and weight limits for a large letter so where have they gone? Did someone working at the depot think...Ooh this is nice and heavy for its size it must be valuable ...and steal them? They're in for a big disappointment. All it contains is bits of coloured card cut into a fancy shape and another colour of card stuck on..The cost of the actual card is in pennies but they took at least a couple of hours to make them. So I've not only had to make the rest but replace the missing ones. Aargh

I'm trusting the post with them ( or any delivery service tbh ) so its going to mean a long drive. We'll have to find a place somewhere in the middle to meet up to hand them over. *sigh*

In winter I just wear short sleeved tops. Long sleeved tops are just ugly. I do wear jumpers. I can't wear jeans they just feel and look ugly on to me. I keep to black trousers or long ankle skirts. One of my favourite skirts I brought 2011/12 I can't wear any more because it's not fit to wear, I've kept it just in case I come into money and I can get someone to make it for me. This skirt I would have worn in my slim days, teen days - I just loved it.

My annoy moment from yesterday, I roasted a whole pumpkin and some Kumar for a soup yesterday; when I googled how to bake a whole pumpkin they just threw all veggies on tray. So I did this adding olive oil and seasoning to the inner pumpkin halves. Anyway baked them for around an hour and my pan was black with big black blobs. Talk about hard to clean, I had to soak and scrub twice; still not the same as it was. From now on put tinfoil or baking paper down first!!

the measurements increased so the neckline is far too wide and sleeves too long. I may be big but I don't have a massive head or abnormally long arms!

@Megycal - This is shocking. In the news in the last day or two someone stole a couriers van
made me think I wonder if it's someone the courier knows, possibly wrong for me to think that, but I did wonder.
when I was around 18/19 a friend of mine Grandma died and I sent flowers to her home. I went to there home a day or two later the flowers never arrived. I wonder if the courier delivering them came across someone else going to her mum's home and said I'll take them in for you and said they were from her?? It does make me wonder.
