I can assume from my friends that body modifications have been carried out because they aren't content with their bodies. I respect that as long as it doesn't affect me in any way whatsoever. Personally, I wouldn't do it, even if I "weren't content" with my body. That's how I was made and that's how I came out.
There are certain modifications that must be carried out in order to stay alive. Those I agree with. As for body modifications for personal pleasures, no, I wouldn't do that to my body. If other people are happy with that, then yes, I respect, but I wouldn't employ those measures.
Does that make sense now?

got an industrial ear piercing 2 weeks ago
this was right after it was done. piercing went good i guess but the bar length was too short. can see its pinching up my ear. went back the next day and they switched out the bar to two separate pieces for while it heals
this is it right now. my ear is still swollen but it doesnt hurt anymore. most the pain actually went away a few hours after they swapped out the jewelry
this can take up to a year to fully heal. but i should be mostly healed after 3 months. can swap jewelry end of december Old School
