I've always wanted more body mods. I have my ears stretched up to an inch, and previously had a microdermal in my face, but it fell out.

Yeah I don't consider tattoos as body mods either, but I've seen some cool tattoo/bodymod mashups though.
Septum piercings are cool, although mine often gets stuck in the tab/openers on cans which is annoying.
I love it though, so go for it!
Neck tattoos are great, so long as what you get is a giant piece that takes up your whole neck, especially if they're vibrant and colourful. It also needs to have symmetry. Stuff like birds/eagles or owls looks really cool on the neck.
Would you ever think of getting both sides of your tongue pierced now that they're split? lol Community Manager for Jagex
