City will win no matter what.
I'm not too convienced that Ronaldo will go there though, they aren't really that heated for him. They don't want to pay a penny to Juventus, they could offer him double less salary than what he has at the moment... idk

I've read a few articles online and it seems like Juventus really want to let him go. He costs them a lot of money and they have other problems like Covid.

I dont know how it works but City seem to be in the picture to sign him on.

City have to watch how much they're spending, they got away with breaking the limit last time but I don't think they'll be given any more leeway.

If it wasn't for the rules in force City would sign everyone :P
