I have a feeling that the FIFA World Cup Finals in Qatar 2022 is going to be spectacular... like it always is regardless of where it is hosted.

I wouldn't want to put my money on what country will win it though.

After England doing so well in the Euros, I'm hoping they can make decent progress, though obviously it'll be an even bigger challenge.

And yup, it's a great place to hold it with some fantastic stadiums (or is it stadia?)

3 out of 9 boxing day fixtures postponed so far.
Newcastle - Man united is naturally on the 27th when I'll be back to work, but will hopefully catch a bit of the first then the second half.

Burnley have been very unfortunate to have their 3 last matches postponed due to covid in the opposing teams, and haven't played a game between the 12th december and their upcoming game against Man united on the 30th.

Leeds - Aston Villa on the 28th also postponed.

There were talks about Tottenham - Crystal Palace today potentially being called off, but it seems like that will go ahead but without Palace manager Patrick Vieira in the dugout.

Arsenal - Wolves on the 28th postponed too. There won't be many "festive fixtures" at this rate.

Man city - Leicester was seemingly played without any defence: 6-3.
