This is political surprised its not locked..

That being said same happened to a grown man who refused to get a vaccine, he needed some body part i think a heart or liver and they told him no basically because he was not vaccinated. Wow... This world is pathetic.

Also dont think a baby would survive getting the vaccine. This is the same logic that people who want abortion illegal have. A 10 year old girl was raped and had to get an abortion in another state, a 10 year old girl would not survive giving birth. People have no intelligence, ive given up on everybody.

Baby august Stoll received a new heart on July 17. It was an 8 hour operation. Here's a synopsis of the article:

The hospital agreed to give August just the bare minimum of vaccines instead of the 15 vaccines recommended by the CDC and the Vanderbilt Hospital.

Deborah Catalano, Senior legal counsel for Liberty Counsel, who was helping the family to get August on the waiting list, stated that physicians need to stop treating federal recommendations as mandates.

She went on to say: "In relying [Centers for Disease Control and Prevention] protocols and recommendations, doctors are not involved in the practice of medicine. They are allowing themselves not to look at the science."

I disagree.

I feel that in being lax, they're putting that baby at a disadvantage.

He may get lucky though.

The CDC protocols are there for a reason, because when you get an organ transplant you are put on immunosuppressants for the remainder of your life. That puts you at risk of getting seriously ill, sometimes fatally. A misstep could get you killed.

Again though, the baby could get lucky and be totally fine. But be aware that that's why they require that you get vaccinated. To give the organ the highest chance of success.


Deborah is legal counsel , not a medical expert . That's her opinion. The doctors are doing their best to provide the best MEDICAL care. If the baby were a 40 year old man you would be singing a much different tune.

The CDC didn't make it a requirement, it was a recommendation . It was the hospital that made it a requirement. The CDC left the end open so individuals could make their own choice; whereas, the hospital closed the door on any choice.

Don't get "legal counsel" confused with "legal assistant". Lawyers will seek the help of a legal counsel for guidance and advice.
