As I've got the wolf on the back of the bottom of my left leg, I'm looking to get this one in the same place but on the right leg

sort of you go to a tattoo parlour and work with your tattooist to get a design you like at a price you can afford then your injected with ink thousands of times under the skin, eventually it heals over leaving the ink visible underneath permanently leaving your chosen design visible, tattoos dont wash off either once its on you its on you for life
well.... no its not for life but you will never outlive a tattoo theres a whole host of scientific jargon but long and short it will take 250 years for a tattoo to completely fade off you

what do you mean sort of? i think he was asking was it a tattoo shop you went to. thats all.
anyways ive shaved my head entirely ready for the head tattoo on thursday!
