Got a letter and there were 4 stamps each say ''1 st''! What's currency or country is that from?

They are english stamps.

At christmas they often bring out special picture stamps, which these look like. Remember Caz. Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

^ Nice find! Now I get it! Got little confused but the ''1st'' was meaning first and your picture had the left one with ''2nd'' which meas second. The rest had a £XX. Still curious why it didn't have the £ on them?
