I watched the final episode of
Stranger Things
last night.
Even though I've seen it before it kept me on the edge of my seat for over two hours, absolutely brilliant.

It's really well structured, all those battles taking place at the same time really amps up the tension.

...and... that bittersweet ending!

Yesterday I found
Everything Everywhere All At Once
was available on Amazon Prime. I remembered it being mentioned on this thread so I watched it. Its quite long and I persisted to the end but it was a really weird film. I'm really glad I didn't pay extra for it. :P

It's a mad film, the title describes it perfectly... I really enjoyed it though.

I watched the first three episodes of
Guillermo del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8415836/

A series of short horror stories for Halloween, absolutely brilliant so far.
Highly recommended :)

I watched the 4th episode of
Let the Right One In
It was good.

By the way Rooh I downloaded the movie you were talking about called Let the Right One In (2008). I haven't watched it yet but I noticed it was Swedish. I got a copy with subtitles which I prefer to a dubbed version. I quite like some foreign movies because they sometimes have a good script as opposed to a lot of Hollywood movies.

I think you'll like the original Let The Right One In, Kiwi,
It looks gorgeous and has a great dark mood to it.

I haven't seen the TV series yet so I can't compare it to that, but it's infinitely better than the Hollywood remake.

I kicked off my Halloween movie binge last night with
Malignant.

You know those movies where you see the twist coming from miles away?
This is the other sort :P

Weird, gory, scary and a truly original story.
