.

Its a Marvel vampire movie and is probably the best Marvel movie I have seen since Deadpool, but without the humor. And Marvel have made a lot of movies lately.

Its about a doctor who has a disease who can hardly walk and uses a antidote from vampire bats which turns him into a vampire as does his brother who has the same disease.

I wont say anymore because I dont want to spoil the movie.

2022.

Its very good imo about a mother and son who go on the run from her abusive husband in rural USA and encounter a monster living in a lake on their property. And has a strange twist at the end.

I wouldn't take any notice of some of the poor reviews on IMDB. I dont, and often enjoy some movies like this one that are reviewed by people full of hate.

I gave this one an 8/10.

Brilliant cast including Ian McKellen and Helen Mirren.

Zombiland
2009 again and realized after watching the closing credits that Amber Heard was one of the zombies, she only lasted 5min.

Important rules imo

#2 Double tap (dont worry about wasting a bullet)
#1 Cardio (Fat guys died first)
#4 Seat belts
#8 Get a kickass partner
#17 Don't be a hero (Sometimes changed to 'be a hero')
#22 When in doubt, know your way out
#31 Check the back seat (Very important)
#49 Always have backup
#52 Do not be afraid to ask for help

I love Zombieland, watched "
Double Tap
" a couple of weeks ago and yup I think Amber Heard was his neighbour right at the start of the first film.

Horror of a different kind: I watched
It Follows
again last night.
Definitely one of my favourite modern horror films and one of those slow ones that gets right under your skin.

It doesn't rely on gore or cheap jump scares (though there are a couple of them), it just creates a really uneasy mood right from the opening scene.
One of those that has you turning on all the lights on the way to bed :P

A fairly average spooky horror saved by a decent cast in this case.
The story is nothing you haven't seen before but it's pretty decent.
