I see NZ play Canada in the Rugby 7's Quarter-finals tonight. I'll be disappointed if we dont get a medal in this sport.

I also see a NZ woman, Luuka Jones is in the Women's Canoe Slalom K1 Final.

I watched the Women's Canoe Slalom K1 Final. It was pretty exciting.

Luuka Jones from NZ finished 6th

I felt sorry for Jessica Fox from Australia. She got Bronze but was expected to get Gold.

Germany took the Gold.
