People defending the Celebs today is outrageous.

Nothing wrong if someone achieved wealth in their lifetime; but acting like some people arent forced into conditions based on circumstance is laughable. Woulden't want to meet the rich idols who live like they are homeless with free money. Not all rich are legit. Some really did earn it

People defending the rich like they actually think the rich CARE ABOUT THEIR OWN FEELINGS. Please when you have plenty of money; no insults can bother one in reality.

Get a therapist you can throw money at to make you smile, get a girl thrown money at her to make you smile, want something? Throw money at it!! if that doesent work; then ITS THE RICH PERSONS FAULT!

Seriously tired of this disturbing dystopia trend of defending/sympathizing with the elite/rich especially while I have read tales about people in HOSPITAL CARE; STAFF PRAYING THE PATENT DIES BECAUSE ITS "BETTER FOR THEM NOT TO SUFFER". Imagine taking care of someone; but praying they die the whole time. Warped much?

I love that anything you do that isent money is a waste, and the only solution is to be "fILthY rIch" while its a small minority, and the drones Dream of a world that doesent really exist; just a fabrication made by Puppet celebrities' to keep you brainwashed worshipping them; while condemning the weak and poor.

"Elon musk did thiss..... Mr Beast did that.... This Random new flavor now is THE NEW THING, did you see that (possible new) world dictator? MIGHT WANNA WORSHIP HIM!!"

Its funny; because what about all the people in between? A artificial womb; a mouth breather and whatever RNG based humanoid pops up into my virtual reality and im forced to accept them; But what about all the people who had to work to make it all happen?

All the Indians want to be a chiefs; but if everyone is a chief; then they are all Indians; and then where is the Indian at when you have a bunch of "Chiefs?"

Celebrities like to portray an idealized version of themselves which can lead to the rest of us having unrealistic expectations about body image, relationships, etc. It's a 'monkey see monkey do' mentality, people start thinking they need to look or act a certain way to be attractive to others.

Fans getting overly invested in the lives of celebrities, thinking they're entitled to know private details about them. It's a slippery slope. They start getting harassed by journalists, paparazzi's, etc. which is pretty much normalised in western culture which leads to stalking behaviours. Celebrities are just ordinary folk who deserve privacy just like anyone else.

It's not a reciprocal relationship; they think they know these people but most of the time it's a manufactured image. That can become an issue when people get obsessed and start craving a real connection that they can never have. I see this a fair bit on Twitch, people thinking they know the streamer, getting all awkward when they meet in person, etc.

Obsession with celebrities can become an addiction - When fans feel compelled to constantly get updates on them, living vicariously at the expense of living their own lives.

Appreciating celebs for their work and talent is fine, but they wont fill your need for meaning / purpose / connections with ordinary people. Most of the time they just say 'the right things' to sell their new show or book. Lol. Many of them have mastered acting (and have the cape).

Kind of went off on this post but ill elaborate a bit more:

Simply the idea of people who try to force these people into others lives; like if I suggest to learn about Richard Feynman (not like im huge into him but he worked on concepts like feynman diagram) simple the person can disregard it; okay thats fine.

However If I dare to object in a similar manner to a said celebrity; they will resist and insist I watch them; learn from them and If I object again they will go as far as to ridicule me; and denounce anyone who simply does not Agree with them.

Comes to a point where its only peoples fame and wealth that make them; nothing they have done and that creates a powerful mentality that everything we do is useless because we live a world that a small minority of people came up with invention (some for money but useful!) that brought as here today; put below some Air-Head on a camera.

Its all fun; until they are trying to force you into drinking Kool Aid!

Again I dont feel bad most times for people because they signed up and got paid millions of dollers to become what they became, its not an easy life im sure but they continue to live it! So it cant be that bad.

Just have seen so much hate for the poor and weak in recent years unless its a viral video; then its all okay.

I got nothing against celebrities work; or any artist or person with recognition; but I do not like the small amount of people I know trying to cram their bull(poo emoji) down my throat!

Yeah, it's common for people to get attention for one thing and then think they're special in a bunch of unrelated ways. If you know it's daft, pay no mind to it. The world is full of people trying to convince others that 'their way' is right, but there are many ways to skin a cat. Don't play their game. Live life your way *shrugs* and don't worry about what others think so much.

"Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid" - self-help book “The Rhythm of Life: Living Every Day with Passion and Purpose” by Matthew Kelly. Chapter: Everybody is a genius. :P

I remember Marlon Brando once saying 'he wasn't a superstar, it was just a job'... admittedly a well paying job.

Marlon Brando was the main actor in
The Godfather
1972 along with Al Pacino. I found that quite humbling.

Problem today; Celebs arent even on the level of a film exposure like The Godfather; but swear they know 10x better because of technology; and convince people today they are on the same level or above; and the people believe it.

He was an actor in a movie that was mass produced and exposed; and he understood it. He did not sell his life like IT WAS ALL HIM; and then people got people to buy it and tried to force it on others (a lie).

He is an example of many people in a world full of people who are successful and got money and a name. Does one of them really overtop the others? Or is it the life they live get them there? According the some; yes. Being richer then another would be more success; so their advice is superior.

So if somebody saw their Celeb as better then marlon brando; they would simply put them higher then them on their pedestal; and tell you the same! Kind of my point.

Both Elon and Jimmy achieved their own wealth. Jimmy has donated millions of dollars to charity (and vows to donate every penny he has before he dies) and Elon has donated billions of dollars to charity.

No.... Elon musk does not (truly) RUN TWITTER OR HIS SPACE EXTRAVAGONZAS AND ELECTRIC CARS etc; Same with Mr.Beast. All the money from what? Youtube? I'm sure HE "CURED" the blind people; not the doctors youtube paids off (ps; NO HARM PEOPLE BENEFITTING FROM THAT!)

But again; you are sadly mistaken; the mere idea of "Donating" wealth is slacktivism at its finest and undermines all the people who make a process like so reliable.

Their Wealth? hahahahaha. Sure they Earned it being BUISNESS men; but not from their discovery; dedication etc ; but without a power hungry machine like youtube, twitter etc; where would that money be?

Okay im sure we would have bridges and building withs all their money; no workers to build it Just throw money into the sea and hope it makes a bridge!
