Tl;dr: Musk did illegal things. The tweet is also 5 years old so justice moves a bit slow. I'm curious, though, if it were the opposite ruling would the union busting be ok in your eyes? WS the union busting ok in the 5 years it took a court to reach a decision?
And I swear I'm not going to let her know all the pain I have known

Here's the tweet in question:
-----
Nothing stopping Tesla team at our car plant from voting union. Could do so tmrw if they wanted. But why pay union dues & give up stock options for nothing?
-----

Just so we're clear, from the start, I don't agree with unions. I think unions are corrupt, are used by criminal enterprises, and only serve to profit off it's members in order to promote the lowest tier employee. I think all unions should be disbanded, and I think everyone should have the right to fire any employee that attempts to form an uprising against the company they work for.

My world isn't black and white. While I wouldn't encourage people to do illegal things, I also don't believe that everything that is illegal is inherently bad.

Just because something is illegal, doesn't make it bad. Just because something is bad, doesn't make it illegal.

He also fired a dude illegally.

The court also ruled that Tesla unlawfully terminated employee Richard Ortiz, and said that the NLRB can enforce its order for the company to rehire him with back pay.

And the opposite is true - just because something is legal, doesn't mean it is inherently good. Venture capitalism falls squarely in the "legal, but absolutely abhorrent and a lot of practices should be illegal" category instead of the "hey everyone should take advantage of loopholes because they are legal regardless of who it's hurts" category.

This is exactly why I went through this exercise. It is good to know that you do care about morals.

For illegal reasons
For organizing an uprising? I already said I supported that:

I wouldn't encourage someone to intentionally break the law, for obvious reasons, but, that doesn't mean I can't agree with someone's reasons for doing so, especially if I don't agree with the law that is in question.
