The closest thing for me is probably seeing anyone crack a mischievous smirk where you know shit is about to go down and you have to decide right then and there if you are in or out.

It doesn't really matter what I choose or if I even agree with what the person is about to do next as the feeling comes from that moment. Movies and TV shows will do it as well, but real life evokes a stronger feeling.
And I swear I'm not going to let her know all the pain I have known

I'm not convinced that I totally understand this phenomonon yet, can't say I've ever encountered it.

But... it's an intriguing topic and gets glued for a week. :)
Who's the cat that won't cop out when there's danger all about?

haha I needed a chuckle.

I've been on the hunt for more whispery, soft-spoken RuneScape gameplay videos but I'm coming up short. Obviously the RuneScape gameplay aspect doesn't matter, but would be content that would have me interested with minimal effort.

Also, some peoples voices I guess do it just speaking normally.. like, they're not trying and they're just trying to have a normal conversation or tell you a story and it can trigger the response. Very interesting indeed and I'm not even sure I fully grasp it all either.

I had to look up what ASMR means :P
I don't know if its the same but I can get the "tingle factor" when I listen to music, it depends on what it is. Lux Arumumque by Eric Whitacre always gives me that sensation. I first heard an extract of it on the BBC's morning news programme several years ago. It was about his virtual choir on youtube so I went to have a listen/look. Its amazing and I now have it on a CD. Another track that has the same effect is the opening overature to "Phantom of the Opera". I once scared my cat by playing that quite loudly. Oops.
