I wont give up if I can but the damn thing set my acid reflux off and once that kicks in I'm doomed lol.

I will keep trying. I have a cunning plan as Boldrick said.

Get some ready made custard and add a pot of yogurt to it.

Funny thing is I like Cheese Cake made with yogurt. I just can't get my head around it. People may think it's silly but once my head goes wobbley then thats it lol.

Totally understandable, I've got a weird thing about some food textures; there's some stuff I can't stand the thought of eating.

Putting it in custard is a good idea, or mix it with milk (about 50/50) and put it on your favourite cereal.

You can also freeze it to get a similar texture to ice cream.

I understand not being able to eat something. I have a thing about eating egg white. Its fine as a meringue or in cakes etc but I can't eat the white when its cooked in other ways, its so slimy. *shudders*

I've been trying and better trying differnt types and sorry to say I'm jacking it in.

I've tried and I just can't get my head and stomach around eating it. I try and and 30 mins later my stomach is churning. Making me feel sick and wanting to chuck up. I can't do that lol.

So have to try something different.

I'll be seeing my Doc soon and giving him the news. Hopefully I can find something that does help.

Sorry but Yogurt is not for me. :P

Well, you tried.

Did you have a think about probiotic tablets?
Speak to your doc, but it's highly likely that he recommended yogurt for its probiotic content.

there is also different types, such as greek yogurt, and french style yogurt. If you like gyros, I would recommend a tzaki sauce, which is yogurt, dill, cucumbers, and onion. It goes wonderful on many things too besides gyros.

This. Hardly taste the yogurt part in tzaki, and how about frozen yogurt?

Yesterday I tried Ski with strawberry and it wasn't bad to be fair. You could taste the strawberries. Little while later I was burping as I have been with all the yogurts and could taste a little of it but not as much as others. So that means I may have found 1 that I might be ok with. Need another test to see as it may have been a 1 off lol.

I've not given up yet. Close but not just yet. :P
