I watched the second episode of SyFy series,
Resident Alien
.
It continues to be quirky with a dark humor. Alan Tudyk's character's love of milk is udderly ridiculous.
I definitely need to have a look at this show, big fan of Alan Tudyk.
Last night I watched a new disaster movie, "
Greenland
" (Amazon Prime).
It wasn't bad but it wasn't great. A bit of a change I suppose, it wasn't all explosions (though there were plenty), it's more story driven.
If you have an AV system or a decent soundbar (preferably with a sub), the audio is terrific.
Who's the cat that won't cop out when there's danger all about?
with my partner lately, as it finally released on Netflix. We're both enjoying it so far, though it's still early into the season.
On my own time, I started the
Demon Slayer
anime based on a friend's recommendation. It's alright a few episodes in, but I'm not sure I'll be able to get into it as much as they thought; seems a bit cliché so far.
I watched
San Andreas.
You know exactly what you're going to get from The Rock - loads of action, corny dialog and huge explosions.
I was not disappointed.

Lastnight I just fancied something scary or something to get my mind working over time. I was not disappointed in watching
Cell.

Samuel L Jackson and John Cusack. Awesome movie.
If you like Zombie type movies then this is for you. Had me jumping in my chair.
I must give this movie a good 9-10 it had me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. A movie done from a Stephen King book. So well done you feel like you were there.
No spoilers but I have to add a tiny 1.
The end was so confusing I'm still wondering what happened.
I watched a 2 episode TV version of
Coma
from 2012. Its based on the novel by Robin Cook. Even though I could have paused it at any time to carry on watching another time I just had to watch until the end!
