Doomsday (2008) because it was mentioned in a Youtube video I saw recently, so I thought I'd check it out. It was pretty terrible, but I'm glad I watched it, haha.

I quite like Doomsday, it's silly and over the top but very entertaining.
I love the ridiculous music montage when the leader of the tribe comes out on stage.
I watched a few episodes of the new season of
Cobra Kai.
It's still pretty good but they seem to be running out of ideas story-wise: fight, revenge, fight, revenge etc etc.
Great cast though and I love the way Johnny's character has developed.

Yeah, I've started to notice a lot of repetition in movies and tv shows. I think it's a sign of age, nothing really surprises me anymore. I've especially gone off super hero movies. That said, I did like the last Wolverine movie (Logan) and Batman (The Dark Knight).

A load of the cast are reunited on the 20th anniversary of the first film to talk about the films and their personal experiences... mostly hosted by Harry Ron and Hermione...or Radcliffe/Grint/Watson.
Really interesting behind the scenes chat and some genuine "lump in the throat" moments as old friends meet for the first time in ages.
There's a really moving segment at the end about how many of the cast died in the last 20 years.
Well worth a watch even if you only have a passing interest in the films themselves.

I've watched a number of movies, none of which I rate pretty high.
The Matrix 4 Resurrections is very average. I only really liked the first Matrix movie.
Belfast (2021) is ok. It starts off in colour but is mostly in black and white. Its about Catholics and Protestants killing each other in the late 60's.
Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City (2021) is an ok reset of the series of movies based on the video game franchise. But when you got no Milla Jovovich as Alice... you got no movie.
That Harry Potter doc looks interesting, that'll trigger some nostalgia for sure.
Heard negative things about the new Matrix movie so I'll probably give it a miss.
Belfast looks quite good from the trailer, a lot of unusual frame compositions.
Resident Evil (the original) was pretty decent I thought, I'll the check trailer for it.

I watched 2 episodes of that on New Year Eve (The Island). Saw Bear Grylls' name in the title and thought it'd be 'wholesome TV' or something 'chill' to watch but it's just a bunch of randoms let loose on an island, lol. They don't half swear on it. Still, quite entertaining...
