Funnily enough I watched Misery about a week ago... for about the 10th time. I hadn't seen it for ages but I really enjoyed it.

The acting by James Caan and Kathy Bates is great imo.

I think I like James Caan even more in The Godfather.

I'm a huge fan of Stephen King and have read a lot of his books.

Which one Nubby? I loved the UK version but really couldn't get into the U.S. series at all. The U.S. series - haven't continued watching yet; I'm giving it another try this weekend. :P

Having watched the brilliant original
Halloween
the other night, I watched the 2018 film of the same name last night.

It's not bad but it feels like just another slasher movie in comparison to the original.
After that I watched a few episodes of
Last Man Standing
. If you can put up with a bit too much canned laughter it's very, very funny.
