Once again I watched it just because of Henry Cavill but I've got to say I actually enjoyed it.
BvS is a pretty good film... much much better than a lot of the DC stuff.
I watched another remastered old favourite last night:
A Clockwork Orange
(1971).
Infamous for being banned by its own director shortly after it's release, shocking, brutal and surprisingly witty. Many scenes are not an easy watch, but it's a fine piece of film making by one of my favourite directors, Stanley Kubrick.
The new 4K remaster is superb, it looks like it could have been made yesterday.
It's aged well as a film too, this story is still as relevant today as it was when made.
I'm sure most heave heard of it but... if you haven't and you decide to give it a go,
please take note of my warning
about the brutality and violence.
Who's the cat that won't cop out when there's danger all about?

Last few days for me I just can't get into any movies. I've tried about 6-7 and I just turn them off after 10-15-20 mins.
I have no idea whats wrong. I'm not sure if I've run out of passion for movies or been spoiled by the quality of them I've watched in the past. I just can't work it out.
Anyone else have this issue and if so how you get around it and get that spark back into watching movies.
Have watched this before, very good lesson, especially in these times of hoarding certain things.
Remember Caz. Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
Hey Rooh, if you enjoyed Squid game "which is obvious" cos its awesome, check out Alice in Borderland next, quite similar but imo, slightly better than Squid game
Much love
Scouse - Feeling somewhat Chinese a bit recently haha

Just rented it off prime, so will give it a watch in a short while.

Hmm maybe I have become desensitized but I really did not find this film that bad... unless I watched a different version?
I think I have watched films that are worst in the violent/gore/female violence than this. Not saying thats a good thing lol, just that I found it tamer than I thought I would.

I'd seen several bits on YT about the film, so I was curious about it. I was really, really impressed with it and how well it was done. The casting was
amazing
and it really put your average, likeable characters in a different light.
If you haven't seen it, I would encourage you to check it out!
Arrr! Only th' Devil an' I know th' where'bouts o' me treasure, an' th' one o' us who lives th' longes' should take i' all.
Oohhhhhhh boy did I find a great movie to watch lastnight.
I watched
The Tomorrow War
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9777666/
IMDB gave it a 6.6/10. How wrong they got it. I gave it a HUGE 9+ What an awesome movie that kept me on the edge of my seat all night.
1 of Chriss Pratts better movies. He was just awesome in this from start to finish.
It was that good I opened a packer of Asda onion rings and by the time the movie had finished I had 3/4's of the packet let. I got so distracted in the movie I forgot to eat them. First time I've left onion rings while watching a movie.
