Also started watching the new BBC series of "Back To Life". Maybe not as good as the first series but amusing anyway.

I hadn't heard of this one, it looks pretty good... added to my ever-increasing list of stuff to watch.

I watched a new shoot-em-up action film last night:
Kate
(Netflix, 2021)
It was... ok. I must be getting old but I'm getting tired of action films which are just non-stop gunfights. There wasn't much in the way of a story but a decent cast (Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Woody Harrelson) helped.

While flicking through Netflix I saw Miley Cyrus name. So looked at it and found She was in a movie.

So watched the her movie called
So Undercover

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1766094/

It was an ok movie to fill the time. Nice plot with a twist to wards the end which wasn't expected but was fun to watch. The acting wasn't too bad either.

Was an enjoyable movie I could watch again.

Nobody
(2021)

From the writer of John Wick, this is in a similar style but with a lot more humour.

Hutch (Bob Odenkirk - Jimmy/Saul from Better call Saul/Breaking Bad) is a seemingly ordinary, even cowardly dad and husband whose home is attacked one night.

But... the robbers make a big mistake that triggers part of Hutch that he's suppressed for years and he goes on a rampage looking for revenge.

Loads of action, loads of humour and Odenkirk, surprisingly, makes a great action hero.
Highly recommended.

That sounds good. I'll check it out.

Edit: I just realized I have watched that movie. It was good.

Locke & Key season 2 back on Netflix o coming to Netflix soon; the kids and I watched the first season I think it was last year and enjoyed it as a family program.

We watched Teen Titans (mostly the boys), one episode of this documentary, it was in Hurricanes, we then watched The Office we up to season 6 I think. I watched some more of Good Girls.
If fat means flavour then I'm ******* delicious!

Last night's viewing was a film that seems to be on every list of the best films ever made:
The Shawshank Redemption.

An absolute classic!

^Great movie. The only thing I cant figure out is The Shawshank Redemption has constantly been placed at number 1 ahead of The Godfather (1972) placed at number 2.

I guess it shows more people like The Shawshank Redemption.

Lastnight I needed something good. Meaning plenty of action and such.

So watched
Man on Fire

I'm a huge fan of Denzel Washington and Christopher Walken. Both great in this movie which is a real life story.

I really did enjoy it. If you like bloody action then this is for you. Plenty of blood.

Had a great storyline which is a true story. Well worth watching.
