Someone who makes you feel like you really matter to them, and somehow is able to do that for a room full of people all at once.

Obviously any of these attractive traits only matter if the person has integrity. Who admires a shallow/ironic optimist?

It's hard to decide which is the most important. I've dealt with a long line of people in my lifetime. Way too many people make promises they have no intention of keeping.

Trust, honesty, integrity, empathy, remorse, compassion all up there together. If any one of those are missing, I'll drop you like a hot potato out of my life. I don't need people like that in my life, they create chaos.
