I would say my favorite LoZ game is a tie between "Zelda: Wand Of Gamelon" and "Link: Faces Of Evil". I can't really be asked to decide between the two.
got every single zelda game that is released offical....every one is in top condition possible.
spent like 10k for that collection
had unoffical philips wand of gamelon unopened copy but sold it....was thinking that cd-i games not belong to collection....and it takes quite money to get those 3 cd-i games....zelda's adventure is really expensive one from those 3
best zelda game imo is botw....its just give some fresh ideas to gaming and like that complete freedom to do things in it.....cannot wait botw2 that is in work atm
preordered new link's awakening remake for switch that is getting release in september...limited edition ofcourse + special amiibo that gets released same day

I heavily considered hiding your comment as I considered it as "off topic" and quite offensive because those aren't Zelda games, but I'll give you a pass. LOL

After you complete the Trial of the Sword, the master sword is pretty key, and super useful, but just the regular old sword isn't much to write home about.
Also @Brandon, I've also gone down a rabbit hole of BOTW2 theories hahaha, and Zeltik's channel has been a big highlight there. Lots of good research.
