yeah they dont exist lmao. there is 0 evidence for ghosts and spirits

anything thats been said to be supernatural when we find out what it actually is, have never once been supernatural

so no ghosts do not exist and i dont want to go into a debate of supernatural stuff on this thread. because they dont exist. if you believe in them awesome.... but im saying it how it is there is no evidence for them. and please dont give me your personal experience on them as that isnt evidence for them. there is always an logical explanation that doesnt require going to ghosts or spirits etc.

especially the giants that share our planet.... please not on this thread thank you. as thats not real...

my goal in life I want to believe as many true things and as few false things as possible.

if i started to believe in an afterlife because its nice??? then my actul life i have now will be less meaningful

this is the only life i have and i wish to enjoy it. not meh i have another life after this one so ohwell

to me its "sad" to believe in an afterlife as you arent going to take the one life you have for what its actually worth.

and no im not going to "try" and believe in something when there is no evidence for one that is silly and would be a lie to myself. i dont need a security blanket like that

i see no good from believing in an afterlife so dont pity the fact i dont believe it, its not something to pity. nor is it a negative thing

to "try" and just believe would also go against id say my favourite tenet which is below. so 100% im not going to try and believe in something, especially when there is no reason to.

but no im not going to devalue the one life i have now by believing in an afterlife, that would be terrible.

Earlier in thread he was having a conversation it went on for pages, he had enough couldn't win out with the conversation...

considering your post you may have taken what i said to heart, and i didnt mean any offence so if any offense was taken i do apologies. all i was doing was stating my viewpoint on ghosts and spirits etc. i didnt mean any harm.

no this isnt about my beliefs its about the satanic temple. this thread is not about ghosts or spirits, or giants. (infact when i made this thread originally i wasnt a member of the TST, i think i stated this in page 2, only recently have i actually joined.

however if it is about my beliefs, why are you shocked i am saying what my beliefs are about the afterlife / ghosts / spirits when they came up?

its not about winning or losing, im not sure what you mean by this?

i explained i dont believe in an afterlife due to lack of evidence, you said the evidence is ghosts... and that is its own kettle of fish, which is not what this thread is about.

and yes this is not what TST is about with this tenet

you are correct not my intention to at all. id rather prove what is. than try and prove a bias of my opinion.

How can u so easily dismiss any claim of eternal life when immortality exists and can easily be proven through science without too much effort. Thermodynamics suggestes energy is conserved and only changes form. In a sense, energy is eternal. If life is energy, how can you so easily dismiss eternal life?
