Archer from that new TV series Archer lol. Other favorites I like are Goku from Dragon Ball, Luffy from One Piece, Spongebob, Johnny from Johnny Test, Homer Simpson, Woody from Toy Story, Cartman from South Park and Naruto.

I can't believe I came across this topic at the same time that I started re-watching old cartoons from my childhood. Barely a few months ago, I finished watching almost all the Hey Arnold episodes; I just need to watch two movies and a long special episode titled The Journal. :p
I also started watching Rugrats and the Fairly Odd Parents again; recently just Rugrats though. However, when I started re-watching FOP, Timmy instantly became my favorite cartoon character. I found him to be funny and witty, along with Cosmo, and I just loved the plotlines for a lot of the episodes. The episodes started going downhill after the fourth season in my opinion, but I will always regard FOP as one of the awesome classics. The personalities of Timmy, Wanda and Cosmo really made me want to watch a lot of the episodes again, which is what got me hooked to the show a little over a year ago.
After I started watching Rugrats and Hey Arnold however, I found it hard to choose my favorite cartoon character. Tommy's leadership is awesome, and a lot of Angelica's lies to the babies are pretty funny.
In Hey Arnold, I love the plot of making Arnold seem like one of the only people with all the answers, and I'm not being sarcastic. If you've watched as many Hey Arnold episodes as I have recently, you'll notice that a lot of people come to him for help or advice a lot of the times. I actually think that Hey Arnold is my favorite old cartoon as of now, thanks to the plots of a lot of the episodes, and Arnold and Helga's personalities and roles in the show.
If I had to choose my favorite cartoon character of all time, it would have to be Helga. I find her personality to be extremely awesome and funny, even though I would never have the heart to be or act like her. :p
