I played it once and died to the first monster. So I guess it's too hard for me. Then again I haven't used a game console controller for 5+ years so maybe that's why.

It can be rough at first, that's for sure. Being unfamiliar with a controller probably doesn't help either.

Anyway, only four more days until the full release of Monster Hunter: Rise. It will soon be time to put another thousand or more hours into a Monster Hunter game.

Some minor disappointing news for those that care about Rise already. The muscle slider for character creation only applies to Male creations and not Female, unfortunately.

I'm looking forward to this! I played MHW on Xbox and fell in love with the game. Now I mostly play Switch so I got into MHGU too, next is Rise!

Welcome to the series. I'm glad to see you went back and gave MHXX/MHGU a try after playing World.

Rise has been great so far. It should definitely appeal to those that liked World.
