Slang is just another form of communication. As long as it is understandable then I have no issues with using any forms of communication.

That's not including methods of communication like telephones for example.

I've never heard anyone actually speak like that in real life. Definitely sounds cringey, but still understandable. I didn't think people actually spoke like that.

That kind of feels like saying "lol" or something in a conversation.

my boss who is in his mid 30s and an ex coworker who was 18 and fresh out of highschool speak like that constantly. thankfully when they got rid of the highscool kid it died down a lot, but my boss still says stuff like that a lot Old School

I went to a work party tonight at a bowling alley, and I wore my Scream Bloody Gore (first album by the band Death) shirt with my leather jacket, and a worker at the food court asked me "what's your favorite song by the band Death?"

I was kind of shocked, lol. That was only like the third time I've ever had somebody recognize (or at least acknowledge) a band shirt that I was wearing.
