From the Babble College of Northeast Kent, of course! I hold a diploma and rosette for it. (Or maybe the rosette was from having the friskiest whiskers, I can't remember now).

I'm not exceptional - many old women yak far too much and make feeble jokes. It goes with the territory, same as arthritis and the art of annoying strangers at bus stops.
