Greeting, citizens of RSOT. Time has come to remind you that there is still hope for these forums. These are truly dark times. Some could say that these are hopeless times, but that is a lie because there is always hope, there is always hope in Me.

, as the democratically elected leader of all RSOT announce the following plan to renew these forums to bring them to their former glory:
1. All subjects of the Imperial Crown shall pay tribute to the Crown. That is, one in every 10 posts made by a subject of the Crown must contain the following phrase:
Hail lord Hymbso, the true Leader and Savior of Off Topic!
2. All posts which spread negativity shall henceforth be banned. Negativity, as in negativity towards the community, future or the legitimate Leader of RSOT.
3. All subjects of the Imperial Crown shall henceforth post material which contain creative content and content of good taste exclusively. Content of bad taste is no longer allowed. Content of bad taste includes (but is not limited to) advocating the following acts of decadent anti-culture:
Nirvana
Muse
Queen
Most of so-called 'Classic Rock'
Most of so-called 'House Music'
Minecraft
League of Legends
All who rise against the Imperial Crown and violate the aforementioned rules may face excommunication from the Holy Empire of Off Topic, ruled by Emperor Hymbso, the leader of all Off Topic.
