Ethics question:
About 2/3 of my work I can do from home, so I'm trying to only go into the office 3 days a week. I'm also on-call until 3pm. A lot of my time is spent waiting for requests, which I would normally do in the office, but if working from home I feel like I'm not really working? I feel weird counting those hours as work, when at home, but it's not like I'm actually working less than the 6-8 hours a week i would be waiting AT work - I'm just significantly more comfortable lol.
Y'all think I should count these hours or should I find (ie create) something to keep me busy? I have no idea why I'm not salaried, but I do report my own hours. Boss is super hands-off and doesn't make me break down what I do and when.
Oh and this is my first job where I'm even able to work from home.
