Yep that's essentially what it is. Just usually a specific type of cheese... at least here in Quebec where they're very serious about it. Elsewhere I've seen restaurants skimp on quality and use shredded cheese. The curds are what make it so delicious!

Oh I heard about that, Dad! What time did it hit?

I only felt an earthquake once. It was 10 years ago too. I thought a snowplow crashed into our house, lol.

Going Charity Shop shopping with a friend later this morning.

Mainly it's to drop off stuff made available from an intensive recent de-clutter which is too good to throw away but I will also have a prowl while I'm there; bought a lovely leather handbag a few months ago for just a few Pounds.

Strange how there's sooooo many of these kinds of shops in our High Streets these days.
