Idk what meds you should have, you always claimed to be an expert in mental ailments so really you should already know what is appropriate for your worsening condition.

Or, you could Google it ..... you did used to cut and paste and awful lot of mental health stuff from Google. All the time, in fact. So you're well aware of where to find it.

Although I would recommend you see your GP as soon as possible.
