Ever heard of the plague? Wow. So slow. Ummm.... the plague isn't spread by human waste, the plague is spread by flea and tick bites. The outbreaks that happened weren't due to poor waste management, they happened due to the explosion of high level of rat populations (on which the ticks and fleas feed and travel) as a result of people exterminating the local cat populations due to various superstitions.

What's your point? My point was made in the first sentence: "the plague isn't spread by human waste, the plague is spread by flea and tick bites."
