what concerns are those? We all agreed to adhere to the Code of Conduct when we joined the forums. However, there are situations in which action is taken outside of the Code of Conduct, which is operating under the color of law. No one agreed to adhere to rules that aren't in the Code of Conduct.

If moderators wish to enforce certain "rules" that are not in the Code of Conduct, that is unethical, unless the Code of Conduct is updated to include those "rules".


I don't want people having action taken against them for "rules" that they had no idea existed, nor agreed to adhere to.


Those are my current concerns.
