I'm only like 70kgs and 6 foot+ tall.
I'm sort of like a string bean, but a strong string bean that can lift 100kgs no worries.
I don't have much muscles..
My favourite exercise is pull ups. If ya can't do pull ups, do push ups... If ya can't do push ups do push ups with feet on floor and hands on table...
Once u can do pull ups.. Then u need gym equipment to do brench press.
If u play computer all day or work behind a desk... Stand up while on the computer... Stand up all day, there's some leg exercise.
PS, single celled organisms can still laugh.. Uh ha ha! Now u try.
